Project managed and consulted on numerous new start care schemes and purpose built care villages. Leadership and crisis management expertise, over a long and rewarding career.

I bring a wealth of experience from the children’s sector and a passionate focus on enhancing residents’ wellbeing through nature and music. I am currently training in therapeutic forest approaches for green dementia care. I enjoy integrating outdoor, nature-based activities to support residents' physical and mental health. I deliver tailored musical sessions and my one-to-one activities are thoughtfully customised to each resident’s preferences, ranging from reading, baking, to games and crafts.
I have experience in a similar role in mental health in my previous role. I believe in getting to know residents personally and understanding their interests. By drawing on their past hobbies, jobs, and passions, I create group and one-to-one activities that enrich their lives mentally, physically, and socially, while also connecting them with the wider community.
